Rosmorrechflot authorized to grant permits for reclamation at sea ports
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on June 6, 2012 (№ 559) on the federal executive bodies, which will be authorized to grant permission to create artificial lands in the water body, the government press service said.
According to the document, the federal executive bodies authorized to grant permission to create artificial land in the water body are as followes:
the Federal Agency for Water Resources - except reclamation within the boundaries of the seaport,
the Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport - if the artificial land is created in the waterbody within the boundaries of the port.
