Aleksandr Bryntsev appointed as Director General of Murmansk Shipping Company (photo)
The Board of Directors of Murmansk Shipping Company (MSC OJSC), at its meeting held on 27 October 2017 in Moscow, appointed Aleksandr Bryntsev as the Company’s Director General, MSC says in a press release.
Previous position of Aleksandr Bryntsev - Deputy Director General of Sovfracht PJSC; between 1981 and May 2010 – chief engineering officer, senior engineer at MSC. Between May 2010 and May 2016 – Aleksandr Bryntsev was heading Northern Shipping Company (subsidiary of Murmansk Shipping Company). In 2015, Northern Shipping Company was acknowledged as the Best Shipping Company.
New Director General of Murmansk Shipping Company took the office on 28 October 2017.
JSC “Murmansk Shipping Company” is one of the largest shipping company which carries out the major part of shipments under the Russian flag in Russian sector of the Arctic.
The company is a leader in oil transportation and transshipment and develops the following activities: exploration works, transport and hydro installation building.
