Rosmorport appoints Sergey Lyamtsev as Acting Director of its Azov Basin Branch (photo)
Rosmorport says it appointed Sergey Lyamtsev as Acting Director of its Azov Basin Branch from 23 May 2018 without being released of his current position.
Valery Tatkalo, previous Director of Rosmorport’s Azov Basin Branch released of his position as agreed by the parties (Order No 538/К dated 21.05.2018).
Sergey Lyamtsev was born on 29 July 1960 in the town of Krasny Sulin, Rostov Region.
In 1982 he graduated from the Rostov State University under the name of M.A. Suslov with a degree in law as a lawyer.
In 1997 he graduated from the Rostov State Economic Academy with a degree in finance and credit as an economist.
He began his labor activities in 1982.
From August 2006 till November 2011 he consecutively held positions of Head of Legal Department, Deputy General Director of LLC Taganrog Automobile Plant.
From January 2012 till February 2014 he worked as Deputy General Director for Legal Issues of JSC Rostov-on-Don Airport.
From March 2014 till January 2015 – Deputy General Director for Legal Support of Special Projects of LLC Agrocom Group.
In February 2015 he was appointed Deputy Director of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch.
