MARINE RECRUITING AGENCY TAKES ON A PROJECT FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF ESTONIA’S RUSSIAN-SPEAKING POPULATION

Representatives of Marine Recruiting Agency LLC (MRA) and CONSERAS OÜ (CONSERAS, a consulting company of Estonia) have held a series of meetings to develop a joint project on professional training of Estonia’s Russian-speaking population.

Specialists of the companies discussed issues related to the content of programmes for professional training and re-training. They also defined a desired level of knowledge and skills by the completion of the training course. The interest of Estonian colleagues primarily covered the content and structure of the training package required for a complete and high-quality training of “Safe Methods of Working at Height” course participants. Representatives of the Russian side, in their turn, guaranteed availability of experience and resources required to provide high-quality training of Russian-speaking workers for different transport/logistics facilities and cargo terminals of Estonia. The parties also discussed current trends in the market of training engineering personnel in the field of labour protection and safe working practices. 

The meetings resulted in signing of an agreement to kick off the project on professional training of Russian-speaking workers and outlining of steps towards further cooperation.

Marine Recruiting Agency LLC is a recruiting company representing interests of transport logistic, construction and other companies of North-Western region in sphere of recruiting, training and provision of temporary personnel. MRA was established in 2001 and is a subsidiary Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg JSC. Since January 01, 2016 the company has been accredited by Federal Service on Labour and Employment for performing the activities related to provision of personnel.
